Since they have gone to Direct Deposit (DD as I will call it), most type it in real fast without checking the info. Make sure you type it slow! Another tip is to confirm WITH YOUR BANK that you have the correct routing and account number information. Some banks, like credit unions, may use a different system when it comes to the routing number. Also, some get the routing and account numbers mixed up and flip them around when they enter them in. Such as putting the routing number where the account number should go…and so forth.
I have NEVER had a problem being paid via Talk Sugar. When they used to pay by check, it was the banks that wouldn’t cash them correct and cause a NSF. They see that the check is from Canada and try to put it through the Canadian Clearing House when it is to go to American Clearing House. That was a common problem by them, which is also why they no longer do checks. Mostly because of the complaints. So it has been DD for awhile now.
Now let’s say you HAVE contacted them via their e-mail and no response. First CHECK YOUR EMAIL ON TALK SUGAR! That is most important. Is the e-mail correct? Also check your SPAM or TRASH FOLDER. Yahoo, Gmail, MSN may be blocking the mail and putting it in your spam folder. If you haven’t e-mailed them, this is the HOST ONLY e-mail host_support@TalkSugar.com this e-mail is NOT for members of the site who call.
